GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

For the most part, the administrative staff is straightforward and very helpful. However, in recent years we have been struggling to fill the principal position. We have gone through three principles in the last 4 years. This brings a lot of confusion as each principal had a different set of values and rules that they brought from the previous school that they had worked at.

I go to this school. Overall my experience has been good. There are some staff members who could change some things to make going to school better. My education has been good, and from what I see with my peers they have learned a lot as well.

South Hamilton has an amazing community that loves and cares for their kids. They value both education and athletics and are supportive of the decisions you make and how you choose to live out your morals and values. I wouldn't change a thing about it.
