GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Going to Kenyon-Wanamingo Senior High School was quite a trip. There's only about seventy some people that are in your class and you know everyone pretty well. This is a very close knit school with others and everyone knows everyone. There's a lot of community support in whatever the school does and achieves with the students. The teachers are involved on a professional and personal level. They are concerned about moving you forward and preparing you. K-W has a lot of activities to keep students active and busy and it provides skills we can use for the rest of our lives. I enjoy our music program the most and I am very proud to be a part of it. If I could change anything about K-W it would be two things. I would get a better food service and have more life lessons instead of teaching out of a textbook all of the time.

There are something's that I would like to chance but overall I have a pretty good time and I'm mostly happy afterschool everyday.

It doesn't have many choices and when you get the food its either cold or over done. It is poorly cooked and could use a lot of work to improve it
