Most teachers are committed to helping students succeed, but we are not given the resources or chances to succeed. We are mostly not prepared for college, and I feel as though the schools' priorities are not set straight.

Some of the best parts of my experience at Acadiana High School were pep rallies and competing for our FFA chapter. Majority of what I'd like to remember as enjoyable would definitely always involve Ag and FFA. However, AHS is the community you make it and friends is crucial to your day to day success. The worst parts of my experience would involve my sophomore year where various lockdowns occurred and I feared for my safety. I would like to see less phone restrictions in Louisiana.

This school is horrid, there's constant bullying that no one does anything about, blatant racism from students, and the teaching is horrible, most students have been held back twice or possibly more. The only good thing about this school is the football time (arguably)

This school helped my daughter my daughter thrive. Teachers were hands on and guidance counselors were always available.

Principal Martha Broussard is unprofessional and the least encouraging principal I have ever met. Scary that she's suppose to be an example for our children. I do not recommend this school.
