GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It is a small high school with about 400 students. The teachers really care about you and are very interactive with the students. The school is rated a 9 out of 10 by the state on test score which probably has every thing to do with how long the staff as worked there and just got better at there job over the years. The school had many sports and clubs to join and many ways to teach us about safety with drink drive and drugs along with sex Ed. I think Clear Lake High School is a great place to graduate because they made me feel prepared to move on.

It was a great high school experience. You grow to know your teachers very closely since it is a very small school. Though I will say this year was very difficult and sad because of the corona virus and some things were very confusing. I think our teachers tried there best but some could've made it a bit less complicated, since online learning is difficult enough. It was very fun getting to spend my years here and they tried very hard to get our class of 2020 at CLHS to walk the stage. For that I will always be very grateful.

The staff and teachers are so amazing. The environment is fun, and very easygoing. It's a really great, cozy school and it's the best in the area.
