When I attended the school, I had a strong friend group. I also was able to attend many school trips for "top 40" students. Elective classes were wonderful (foods, drama, etc.). Teachers were extremely caring as well.

There are few activities offered at this school. Things may have changed since I attended 4 years ago. The basketball and Volleyball are the biggest sports and get a lot of support. School clubs and organizations were very much popular based and if you were not part of the group you were pushed out.

The administration both principal and vice principal do not appear to care about students. During the 7th great welcoming day they were more focused on their phones than they were on welcoming new students and their parents. There are a couple of dedicated teachers but many that are phoning it in. I...

My experience at lakeview was very good. All of the teachers strongly care about their students and work hard to make sure there students have the learning tools they need involved with fun as well.

Unfortunately, Lakeview has taken a nosedive in the past 2-3 years. The teachers are still wonderful, however, some serious issues - out of their control - weigh the score down. 1) The budget disaster & huge cuts distracted the faculty and the kids have been short-chjanged. 2) No lockers, no books....
