The teachers do a great job of communicating with parents. The teachers care about their students and present lessons in a fun and creative way.

I was never so glad to leave a job. Unreasonable amount of paperwork, poor management from the top to bottom, and no discipline policies in place for students, especially chronically disruptive students.

I feel that iLead is one of the best schools in Lancaster from the open learning design to the real life lessons they teach. I have a daughter in a standard district type school and I have another in iLead and the difference in free learning teaching style and support that iLead has done has actuall...

This school is has been amazing for my daughter. She started here in kindergarten and will be in 2nd grade next school year. The teachers are able to teach the kids better do to smaller a class sizes and the whole staff at ilead has a more personable relationship with the kids. This school is by far...
