The school has a number of unprofessional teachers who are kept of because the district can't find teachers qualified teachers who eant to come to Lancaster. Most of the poorly trained teachers are from Lancaster. Most teachers does not adhere to IEPs. The school holds children accountable for negative behaviors which could be minimized or avoided had teachers adhered to IEPs. Teachers are not held accountable which result in state complaints and law suits because the district has a tendency to ignore complaints until the state becomes involved.
