Laurel Public School is a place that doesn't really focus on college readiness. They focus primarily on making state education standards and that is it. There are only a few teachers that actually care about the students and helping them succeed.

I liked that Laurel was a small school so I was able to create better relationships with more students and teachers. Laurel needs some upgrades and that's one of the biggest downfalls. Being involved in extracurricular activities has made my experience much better and I've been able to connect with a lot more people that way.
