My time at Lawrence High had its ups and downs, but it helped shape who I am. The best part was the people—I met great friends and had teachers who truly cared and supported me. On the other hand, the environment could be tough. Some days felt chaotic with fights and distractions, making it hard to stay focused. If I could change anything, I'd want more mental health support and a stronger, more positive school culture where every student feels safe and motivated to succeed..

While it may not have the best reputation around the area, LHS does have its good side. Many staff are friendly and build connections to students. Lhs also offers Dual enrollment, Pathways, and much more.

Love the teachers! Amazing humans with great heart. Upward Bound Program was an amazing help as a senior.
