We enrolled our deaf/hard-of-hearing son at Voy Spears Elementary mid-year at age 5, unaware of Missouri's delayed enrollment option. The school didn't advise us, which we regret, especially after a cross-country move. We feel the principal should have shared this information.When we requested kinde...
