My son is very challenged at Altona. The teachers have good communication with the parents. The students all use iPads in all of their classes. Schoology is a program they use to help keep track of grades and due dates.

Most of the teachers and staff there are decent and assist the students. Only issue is the students, and more specifically, how the school deals with them. Large amounts of students struggle with mental health issues and the school falls short in assisting them. These students often resort to drugs...

Not a terrible school but I wish that their time there was better. The school tried to change my kid programs by saying this is what we are doing instead of asking/explaining to us why. Something fishy was going on. Kids were excluded from groups by other kids. Too much drama and bullying.
