SCHS definitely prepared me for college level hard work through the AP classes they offered. However, there is very little diversity and that is often reflected in the curriculum.

I moved into the area freshman year and knew no one at Silver Creek. It only took me about a week to get involved with my peers and find my group of people. Everyone accepts who you are, regardless of gender, sexuality, religion, or race. All of the teachers are very supportive and are a wonderful resource for helping you.

The best part about Silver Creek High School is the student culture. I came from a different school after freshmen year where the student culture was very unhealthy. Here at Silver Creek all of the students are inclusive and the teachers are caring.
