GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My overall high school experience has been a challenging ride, but I've learned many academic and life lessons. My teachers are a big part of my growth and who I am today, and from my high school experience I can take these lessons form high school and use them to help me in the future.

Not very crowded. Athletics are good. Extra curriculars are pretty good. I do Science Olympiad, we just placed 2nd in the state. I play soccer where we won the State Championship. Also track where we did well at the state track meet. We need to offer more AP classes as in my junior year I took most of them. As a result, my senior schedule is very easy even with taking as hard of a schedule as possible.

I believe they do not offer many options for classes. The classes you can take are very limited. I think that they should count the early college classes as honor classes. They are challenging and should not affect your ranking.
