Well, they have a program called team lead, and its to stop bullying. The teachers running it are doing their best, which is great, but some of the biggest bullies and clique members are certain team lead officers.

Some really great teachers (and some seriously burnt-out, rude ones), but the lack of support they receive from leadership and the amount of students they are expected to teach per class is demotivating. Bullying is a serious issue, and administration tends to look the other way, rather than address...

The administration at MJHS is a joke (as said in one of the other reviews). The students are into talking smack behind other student's back , and bullying. The counselors are no help.....AT ALL! The teachers will only go at their own pace and never make sure a student is on track. The teachers "try"...

A lot of the teachers appear to only be there for the pay. They give up too easily on challenged students. If a student's getting bullied they don't do anything until the poor kid get's beat up, and then they just send the kid and the bully to detention together.

The administration at the Jr high is a joke. The atmosphere in the building is horrible. What a sad place to have to go to school. There are some wonderful teachers at the school that can not do their jobs because of the principal. If you can, send your child to any school system other than Madison....
