I have had 4 kids go to JF Burns. I think there are things that are wonderful I also believe there is always room for growth. I like that the school works hard to stay involved with the community and does a great job recognizing their different cultures that attend the school. In that respect i feel like they don't have all the support they could receive to better help these students who are from different countries and sometimes have no English background. I think the teachers work hard with what they are given and always do their best. I don't feel like the school gets enough support from parents and not financial but involvement which is not directly the schools fault. I have had a positive experience with all my children they were paired well with teachers who could meet their needs and challenge them to do their best.

Best teachers in the world! Best principal - she makes a point to learn almost every student's name - over 800 kids!! She creates a positive, enthusiastic environment that carries over to the staff, creating a positive climate and culture!
