Mankato East Senior High School is a welcoming, and exciting environment that has plenty of opportunities and extracurriculars options for everyone. The school also has a large number of classes to choose from when building your schedule. East offers dual enrollment, AP courses and a large selection of electives to help you figure out what you want to pursue as a career. Overall, I think the academic and environment aspects of Mankato East have allowed me to have a pretty positive experience. Negative experiences are almost unavoidable in high school, but most of those experiences I have had revolved around the people I have surrounded myself with. Drama surrounding friendships, or stressors due to issues with people in school aren't fun. But, I don't believe that's something you would need to worry about as long as you find the right people, and East is a very diverse school. Finding friends isn't hard when there are over 400 kids per grade.

At Mankato East high school the teachers are very nice and good at their jobs. They actually teach you unlike some teachers I have had before. If you have any questions they will talk you how to solve what you are looking. If I would have to go to Mankato East again I would 100% go again I would like to see more clubs and activies at the school because there are not many clubs and the clubs that there are they aren't organized.

I liked the teachers and the class sizes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Something that I wish was different was that i wish we had more help and access from guidance councilors.

My children go to Mankato East High School. I feel that the teachers are caring and do a great job explaining their subjects. My children have found many opportunities to excel both academically and in athletics.

My son attends Mankato East High School. I feel that the teachers are caring and do a great job explaining their subjects. My son has found many opportunities to excel both academically and in athletics. It's a great school

This school is great . I LOVE the teachers, they are fun and fair and teach us, so we can go past high school . This school also has a principal that shows leadership . If you are willing to learn this school is fun and great .
