The best part about Wheeler High School is that the culture and community is so dense. Everyone gets together for sporting events and musical performances. The worst part was the separation of the Magnet students and the STEAM students to the regular students.

There is a really great support system at wheeler, but overall there aren't too many opportunities, such as major clubs like DECA. Overall its a good school, but in my opinion underfunded leading to the lack of access to many resources

Overall, I believe Wheeler High School is an excellent school for anyone, regardless of religion or background. I came from a small school in Massachusetts that offered no clubs, had mediocre sports, and no diversity. Ever since coming to Wheeler, all of this has changed. From the many interesting clubs to great sports and facilities, my school offers pretty much everything a high schooler could wish for.

Very awful school. Administration doesn't care if your getting bullied. They don't care about the students at all. Fights all the time and overall just not a safe environment.

The administration seems to believe that confusion is a form of leadership. Good luck getting a straight answer from anyone. As for the teachers, while a few genuinely care, many seem like they’re just waiting for retirement—or a break from dealing with overcrowded classrooms and unclear policies.

I feel like this school is pretty good as I moved over in 10th grade, and have mostly enjoyed my time here. Although some of the teaching is not great, I believe that there is a good culture and mostly reasonable teachers.
