O.W. Huth is a pretty solid school, I enjoyed my time here. The faculty is very helpful and understanding of student needs. In addition to the students who live in Matteson, a lot of students also live in olympia fields, richton park, and park forest so it is a socioeconomic diverse school.

The teachers are very respectful and good with students. They listen to want you say and try to understand before they continue to teach the whole class. Making sure all students understand the lesson is a big priority at the school.

Some of the teachers are very good, but some teachers are lazy and just gossip about their students. The school is very out of date a lot of things sugest it was built in the nineties.

I'm writing a review from what I've researched and experienced as a student there. I myself say (and this is just my personal opinion) that Huth is an OK school. Now if you are thinking about sending your child there to achieve vast academic goals and hoping for educational opportunities...DO NOT AN...

This school is good. Huth takes Matteson, Richton Park, Olympia Fields, and Park Forest. We also have some students who may come from other communities. The school is 90% Black and a majority of the students are lower income and receive free and reduced lunch. Despite, some of the issues students ma...

Huth is pretty good school. It has improved a lot academically over the years, thanks to great administration from the school and the district. They also provide great connection to the nearby award winning charter school in the community.
