Having gone to Crosstown for all four years of highschool, I think I'm pretty well versed in the place. I have no glaring issues with the place. The project-based curriculum we use works well for me and the amount of work doesn't feel overwhelming. Being in a building with other businesses, its easy to do things after school and get lunch. My biggest issue lies mostly with other students.

Crosstown is a great school. It uses unique methods such as project-based-learning to enhance students' and educators' education. Considered second best public school in Memphis and definitely lives up to its standard

My favorite part about being a student while at Crosstown High was how hands on the school was. It was also project based the school wasn't test heavy we mostly did projects and research but we were still learning all of the required curriculum. My worst part was learning how to transition from pencil and paper to iPad and projects and leading my own learning. I would like to see nothing change I loved everything about the school but they could expand the sports department a little but it's not your average high school.

This school has created an absolutely dreadful learning experience. Persecution of straight kids and white kids is a daily occurance, and seemingly encouraged by much of the staff. Drugs are everywhere. Gender anomalies are of higher value than learning, and the majority of the school staff are ther...
