What I liked about East Valley High School was the fact that it was a small school. I personally don't enjoy big schools because of the amount of bullying that goes on in them. The teachers were nice and helpful. It did get a bit strict at times but that was ok for me. Overall it was an easy school that gives a lot of opportunities to complete assignments.

The food is about average here. It is like any other school lunch with a few options a day. There are two choices daily which offer healthy eating options such as salads and brown rice. There are also snacks which can be purchased. This is very popular at this school since students are snacking all day to keep their brains active in classroom activities.

The counselors at this school are extremely helpful in every way. They are there for students to talk to about any possible issue involving school, family, or friends. When it comes time for the SATs or ACTs, the counselors will work with students to get the most resources for studying and to be prepared for whats ahead. Also, they have information on scholarships and colleges and will do what it takes to get the students what they deserve to be successful for the future.
