The rules in my school tend to change on a daily , if not hourly basis . Sometimes its fine to step out of the classroom , and another time you are getting picked up by a Dean and sent to detention . One rule should make things easier and safer. The deans are rarely involved proactively but are always chatty.

The teachers at my school are either all in ------ or very much the laziest people i have ever met. Doing the minimum . I had a teacher this year that never knew my name . 'who are you again' The good teachers are exceptional

Mr Gordon Dean does not have an effective policy against school bullying. It's terrible what the kids go through, his response should be better.
