Milan high school was so good to me. I love the size of it, we were all like a little family. We laugh together, we cry together, and we've even prayed together. The teachers are all so supportive and caring about each and everyone of their students, it's amazing. Not only the teachers, but everyone is supportive. We all support eachother in the sports we participate in, we all love to see eachother advance and improve. I can't thank my teachers enough for all the things they have done for me. Also I feel very safe at Milan, I trust the administration with my life and I know they would do everything in their power to protect me. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to go to Milan high school. I don't think there is anything I would change about Milan high school, I love it the way it is.

If I could go back, I would have not chosen to go to this school. I had a very hard time making friends and got bullied in middle school. Even today, there are people who are mean to me and my "friends" aren't true friends to me. It makes going through school very hard. I also wish there were more challenging classes. There were only a handful of classes that I took that I felt actually helped prepare me for college.

Many of the teachers do not teach challenging material that helps prepare students for college. Some teachers barely teach at all. There are a few exceptional teachers that challenge their students and push them to reach their pull potential. They use their teaching material to it's full worth and make sure that students understand the material.

Milan is a great school! We moved to the area about 3 months ago and have found the community to be warm and welcoming. The teachers take a real interest in each student. It appears very little bullying happens in this school system and the students tend to give positive support each other.

Milan Schools are so fortunate to have a staff that REALLY cares about children. Teachers in this school system give 110%. We have great students and supportive parents and a real sense of community.
