This was a fantastic high school. The best parts were the classes, as they had the perfect mix of challenging courses, but also had some fun ones along the way. If I had to pick a worst part, it would probably be the start time, 7:30 is absurdly early, and definitely detracted from all of our sleep schedules. Overall an amazing experience at this school, I met great friends, knowledgeable teachers, and had a blast doing sports, classes, and hanging out.

Henry M. Jackson High School is a great place to receive challenging education with kind and respectful teachers. The best part of my experience was having motivating teachers. The worst part was trying to make friends with other students and having to sit alone at lunch.

My experience at Jackson has been overall so-so. Pros: - Made a lot of friends - Diverse student body - Large amount of club opportunities - Large selection of academic opportunities - Some good staff Cons: - Admin and Counseling is ineffective and egotistical - Food is HORRIBLE (serving recalled food and food with mold constantly) - Student Body (ASB) is largely ineffective - Building is in disrepair - Funding is inappropriately distributed to extracurricular activities

Henry M. Jackson High School provides a well-rounded education with great teachers, strong academics, and a wide range of extracurriculars. The school fosters a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to grow and succeed. Highly recommend!

Its practically falling apart in some places, budget on classes is falling so low next year there wont be as many electives anymore, they cant afford to keep a lot of the teachers. they only have ONE men's bathroom open all the time for all the s...
