Tam high is overall a pretty good school. They have done well to prepare kids for college and they also offer many different electives. However, there are many complaints about teachers and the administration.

Great programs and great teachers. All we need now is some new facilities to replace building that are over 100 years old!

Tamalpais High School is a good school. There are a lot of options for science and math classes, but the arts are overlooked. There is a lack of diversity and the groups of friends are usually divided by race. Teachers are either really good, or really bad.

Tam High has the best programs- better than my college back in the early 70s! The parents are involved, the community is involved- a lot of very talented people live in Mill Valley and they do provide support to the school. My son just graduated and was a top student- there are a lot of top students...

Possibly the most beautiful school in the State. In looking at the API's of Marin High Schools, surprised Mt. Tam is not on Top. Son went to Redwood (Larkspur), transferred to Mt.
