The school offers a wide variety of classes that can be personalized for a student's desired future career path. All of my teachers were kind and really went the extra mile to ensure that the students actually understood the material. There are also so many clubs and extracurricular activities for everyone to partake in from robotics to step team.

When you find a group to be a part of, you can feel very comfortable, but if you attempt to interact outside of your group, I find it quite difficult. It may just be an autism thing, but people also feel very unaccepting of me, and I feel it may partially be due to that. I've had some fantastic teachers, and then I've also had teachers that manage their classroom so little that it made me want to cry, and I had to transfer out of their class. Its a very mixed bag. Be certain that you use your resources, and transfer into the best teachers of whatever class you have to take. The counselors can be very unhelpful with that, but they are very easy to whittle down.

I have enjoyed my experience here at Baldwin. I made a friend on the very first day of school and had excellent teachers. I got involved with the school newspaper and enjoyed writing the articles that I wanted to read.
