GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

What I like mostly about Tenor are the number of students; it's not too many and not too little, and there is the perfect chance to get along with almost everyone. The teachers are very nice and are willing to help you when you have a problem with something. I only wish that there was physical activities and not just learning classes (ex art or music). I also enjoy the free year of MATC; it's a great opportunity to begin to learn more about the world, and because it's free. Overall I'd say that Tenor is a great place to be in.

I was a student at Tenor High School, when I suffered a TBI they were there to help me in the best way they could. When I needed extra time on assignments, tests/exams, when I needed a quiet place to work, etc. They were there to assist me in the best way they could. During senior year, I was taking college courses at the nearby MATC campus, I ended up falling sick and had to get treatment, Tenor was very patient with me and they were pretty understanding with my needs.

We have had nothing but great experiences at Tenor. The staff has really gotten to know my son's strengths and weaknesses. They have encouraged him to do things- even why they are hard for him. There are a lot of after schoolactivities and opportunities.

Tenor is a great school! I have one child that graduated from Tenor and another one attending now. The staff and administration values education and work with the parents and students to make sure they are successful. I would highly recommend this school.
