The school overall isn't bad, it's her to teach kids and get them out. The diversity is pretty good over all with there staff and students. If your looking for a family like environment this is a good school for you but athletically it's not a scouting school, great coaches but not a good program. Academically the IB courses are very vigorous but worth the challenge and the teachers are willing to help but it's a bit messy.

Rex putnam is a nice school with amazing teachers, by far the highlight of the school. Teachers like dobson, mattey, freitag, and of course many more have made my high school experience better in so many ways. In contrast the school has had many fights and threats which have lead to us in lockdown. I overall feel safe when these things happen but I wish they didn't have to happen in the first place. Overall Putnams a good school and I would definitely recommend it just for the amazing teachers we have.

I like that my school is very inclusive and accepting with a welcoming community. It also offers great academic opportunities, including the IB diploma. I would like it if they offered more college readiness opportunities, had more variety of food options, and did not have School Resource Officers as having police officers in the school makes many students feel threatened.

I have had two daughters graduate from this school using the Open Enrollment law to transfer them from my local district. One graduated with a full IB diploma and earned almost 30 college credits while in high school. My second daughter took Health Services classes and graduated in three years. She...
