Our family has been very happy here at Carl Hankey Middle School. The administration is top notch. The teachers are really excellent, each of them care about the kids and the quality of their education. My children were well prepared for HIgh School and thrived at Hankey. It is a small school and you really get the feel of a community here. There are good kids here, good teachers and an amazing principal who runs this school first class. I feel really lucky that my kids got to go here.

This school is AMAZING! I have never seen more engaged kids in a classroom ever. They are SO eager to learn, almost hungry for the roots of their futures. As for the teachers, the passion they have in what they do is out of this world, genuinely. The future of the world is sincerely in their hands....

Since the day my son came here in the 3rd grade, he's loved it. All the teachers supported him throughout, and he made great friends on the first day. What they were teaching was ahead of the other schools, and I would rank it (personally) the #1 school in the entirety of OC! In the middle school, i...

This school is not the best. There are kids vaping in the bathroom and no one does anything about it. A kid brought a knife to school and they did nothing about it. They keep adding bogey rules instead of focusing on main problems

I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to more Middle school events. I just wish I wasn't so busy to get involved with the school. That is my parent's goal, to give back to the Hawk community (k-8)!
