GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school food is expired half the time so I tend to bring my own lunch. Besides that, it is a pretty nice school. At the time, the building is very old and a new one is getting built, so next year students will have a better time. The teachers are very nice and accepting. There are many dual credit classes available to take while in high school to help get a head start on college.

Mitchell is a pretty good school district with amazing connections to their students. They personally provide nothing but the best for their needs to learn. When something needs to be changed they work their absolute hardest to make sure everyone receives nothing but the best.

Overall my experience was good. The art and stem classes were my favorite parts. The people aren't great but you can't do much about that. The marching band and show choir are the best part of the school considering they're the ones who actually win competitions.

This school is by far the best in teacher quality but if you were to ask about the principals and curriculum. those are completely different stories, the principals are complete jerks and will not listen to your side of the story, they also do not become involved in the good side of the student body...

I loved it there. The teachers were great. And councilors worked very hard to make sure every student was prepared for the next step.
