GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Small school meaning small student body. The teachers focus on the students more then the average high school. I was more then pleased with my experience nearly no drama from other students. Went their to learn and came out with the knowledge I needed. Instruction above satisfactory.

I have never felt more cared about then i have at this school. The counselors are amazing. There system of grading is fair and the opportunities received are too many too count. Thanks to this school I have the chance to go to a university and not only that I received help from start to finish in applications. I would recommend this school to my family and friends over any other school any day.

Canyon Oaks High School is the best school in Monrovia. People who think otherwise really need to do their research on the schools here. Every single teacher has the student's best interest at hand. i highly recommend it!
