GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My experience at MHS was a family environment. Everyone knows everyone there and you feel loved. The teachers care about you and help you achieve your goals.

I greatly enjoyed my time at Morristown. The tight-knit community is very beneficial to the students who go there. It makes your support system very large. The teachers are often alums themselves, and care deeply about the level of education they provide. It is a small school so there are some things that can't be offered, but it is a school with a big heart for students.

This school is WONDERFUL! I've been a life-long resident of Morristown. I graduated from MHS. My kids have graduated from MHS. Now my granddaughter and my two grandsons attend MHS. Historically, speaking, this school has been at it's best over the last 6 years than it has before then. I'm not sure w...

The teachers are wonderful and the school has great basic education. However, I think the school counseling is myopic and doesn't stress the importance of the AP programs enough to get the students ready for college. Very limited extra-curricular activities are offered. The principal is insolent, ar...

In addition to this we would ask for an...
