Teachers don’t have time to ever offer one on one help, even if a student makes the effort to come early or stay late. There is a lot of bullying, and no real discipline for it. We recently moved to Otay Ranch and specifically purchased a home so we could attend Saburo Muraoka Elementary School.Bottom line is that we were bumped out of this school to another school in the district because the school is well above capacity.
