Hoover School has always been a very special place. It gets a bad rap from sites like this. The school has the highest population of SES and IEP students in the district. My daughter finished her 1st grade here and she is always happy about the school and the staff.

My son is in 1st grade at Hoover. He was bullied and painted as the bully for defending himself in kindergarten and for 1st he was put in a classroom with 2 teachers and when they were gone for a couple months over winter, yet another teacher and now he is so off track that he has to have a major in...

The teachers in the Next Generation Learning are absoluetly WONDERFUL!! If I could keep having my son in this program I would but it only goes to 3rd grade. A++
