GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

As a senior, I have attended this school for over 12 years and I got to say.... I wouldn't have it any other way.

The school is the worst for bullying issues and from first hand experience with my child being bullied, I have yet to see it resolved. As for the school nurse, she is top of the line and is well educated to handle situations. My daughter is a diabetic and the nurse makes sure when she has a diabetic spell she takes care of her.

The school is older and needs alot of improvement. The kids complain about the cafeteria food all of the time. Many times they have leftovers of food from 2-3 days prior, but it is just made into something different. They also do not have lockers and have to carry all their books with them. They need more space to seat outside on their break.

My experience on a scale of one to ten is a nine point four. As long as "Excellence is the Expectation " the school will continue to grow.
