If you can, invest in the commute to Baton Rouge (even for elementary school). I grew up in NR and attended Catholic Elementary. My parents made the very wise decision to send me to St. Joseph's Academy for high school and I wasn't prepared like the kids that attended the Catholic elementary schools in BR. CESPC doesn't compare to Baton Rouge Catholic elementary schools, AT ALL. It doesn't prepare you for college-prep Catholic high schools like SJA or CHS.
