Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I loved all the staff they were really helpful & helped me graduate on time. It was also convenient due to having a child and there was day care on sight.

The teachers at Harlem Renaissance High School are very helpful to their students and outgoing for their students. The teachers tell you what you need and what you need to get done to get out of the school. The teachers does a good job teaching they explain step by step and if a student doesn't understand they go over it multiple times with the class until a students gets it even after explaining to the class multiple times the teacher will come over to the student and explain to make sure the student understand . I went into Harlem Renaissance High School with 6 credits and 0 regents , I left out with 44 credits and 5 regents . It's the best school ever I'm going to miss this school
