La Scuola is a great school, a wonderful and warm community of families and an encouraging learning environment with excellent teachers. Our kids have loved going to school every day and feel at home both in the U.S. and in Europe. La Scuola has given them a great, international education making them fully fluent in both English and Italian, with many classmates speaking a third language as well. Our kids have also learned to be kind and to take care of each other, which has been invaluable. We are very grateful to La Scuola for giving our kids and our family a second home.

Our son was at La Scuola for years. It has been a good experience after all, nice community and interesting bilingual program. For middle school we were looking for a different experience and a bigger school.

School is very overpriced for dirty conditions, no cafeteria, bad teachers, etc. This school does not at all assist kids in preparation for the real world, and has almost no diversity at all. If you are thinking of being enrolled past the ages of elementary school, I would not recommend it.

As someone who attended La Scuola from Kindergarten to 8th grade, this school was an overall very bad experience for me. Many of my peers were bullied a lot and while it was obvious, they let the teachers and staff know about it, but majority of the time no action was taken and they didn't show that...

La Scuola is a fantastic place! My kids are in 7th and 11th grade, for the second year since we moved in the City from Rome, where they attended the best public schools. I love the school. My son attended from Pre K until 12th grade and he had a wonderful experience. Top notch teachers, great community, incredible bilingual program, IB Diploma, and great community.

La Scuola d'Italia is an excellent educational Institution. I am an Educator and I would consider it a hidden jem in New York City.
