The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

I liked Envision Academy's original goal of being a project based school that acts as a pathway to take kids to college. But as COVID-19 hit and subsequently a lot of teachers, good mentors, left our school. So when we came back in-person in junior year, the energy felt very different. Instead of real, boots on the ground work, everything just felt for show. Few succeed and the rest are made to feel like they are, but when we are propelled into the real world we have no sense of individual direction. I don't even truly know what I want to do, and as a "top achiever" I worry about my peers.
