Well frankly it's been mediocre. From everything you expect a highschool to have we have little to none of it. Constantly there are threats being made towards people. We have a football team with an ego even though they go 2-9 during the season when a program like the JROTC can win 1st place on a national level and get 0 funding. They dont have priorities. Some of the teachers? Pedos. REported by multiple people yet nothing is ever done about it.

I enjoyed attending Ooltewah High School. Some teachers were very nice and understanding, others had such bad reputations that it seemed like a self-fulfilling prophecy. They removed the International Baccalaureate Program as I was about to join it, so that steered me away from Ooltewah.

I have been at Ooltewah High School for all four years. It isn't a good or a bad school. Safety has been lacking for some years, and that is an issue. The whole faculty isn't terrible. I haven't learned much because the majority of my teachers never taught or took a leave of absence during the middle of the school year. Some of my teachers were welcoming and very great at teaching.

Honestly this school might not be the best in the world, but its not nearly as bad as it’s made out to be. All that is needed to do good at this school is apply yourself. The teachers do a great job, and I have been able to maintain a Grade average of 98.9 and get A’s on finals in APs. All you have...

Nothing positive has ever came out of this school for us. This school is constantly in the news for lacking regard for the students welfare and they continue to show that on a daily basis. Very few students and staff care at this school. It just sucks the good ones into a deep dark black hole. It is...
