Audubon Park School enjoys a reputation as one of Orlando’s best schools. It was voted one of the city’s Top Three Schools in a 2022 Orlando Magazine ranking. The Orange County public school encompasses elementary and middle school, offering kindergarten through eighth grade. In addition to its core curriculum, students can choose a variety of elective classes. Elementary students can select music, art and golf, and middle school students may choose Band & Orchestra, News Crew, Biz Kidz Social Entrepreneurship, Digital Video Production, Spanish, Technology, Theater and Art.
A wide variety of clubs appeal to many interests, such as a STEAM Lab, a Garden Club, Environmental Awareness and Model UN. The students rally around their Falcons for soccer, golf, basketball, volleyball and track.
Students can enjoy special events such as the Book Fair, and middle school students can participate in an annual trip. Students interested in wildlife can join a unique program and become a Gator Keeper volunteering at Gatorland, helping with the care and feeding of alligators.
Audubon School has around 1,000 students and offers a program for gifted students and an extended day program, at an additional cost, for elementary and middle school students.
