The fact that Blue Valley West High School is only 2nd best HS in Kansas is frankly pathetic. I super duper definitely 100% go to this school, and I wish I didn't go here. I should be going to a good school, like Blue Valley North.

Blue Valley West always felt like home. The teachers were very understanding and the students were friendly and inclusive. I always felt safe there and I learned many lessons and it prepared me well for college.

Blue Valley West has been such a great school, I wouldn't trade my experience there for anywhere else. I am so grateful to have such good quality education here, and the activities I've been involved in has always pushed me to help me grow. The four corner stones of Blue Valley West is found everywhere, starting with Family, then Pride, then Grit, and of course, excellence. Those cornerstones taught at BVW not only help within the school, but with our lives outside of school too.

Would not recommend. If your child has to go here make sure they bring their own lunch, get a tutor, and make sure they can independently deal with bullies.
