GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Most of the teachers were great as well as some of admin staff, but in general administration just does not care about the students. Not very well funded and the funding does not seem to be spent well.

There's a lot of kids within the school. In my opinion there could stand to be more clubs based on academics like a debate team or a chess club. Sometimes it feels as if the school only cares about sports. There are still great teachers and staff who make the school amazing though.

Palmer High School is very good to its students, but the number of electives are limited in grade levels.

Very bad. Scheduling is very bad and some teachers do very little to help prepare students for state tests

The administration has no idea what they're doing, the rules are absolutely ridiculous and the male/athletics/popular students are favored. I've been in a class where a teacher will stop a whole le...

As a former student, now a junior in college, I have to say this school has prepared me for college. I was one of the only people who knew how to organize notes and write a research paper in my first college English class. This skill is major for students going into college and the teachers at Palme...
