The low income district is a part of what made it a less than optimal school. They do not care much for students concerns and they brushed mine off on a few occasions. Faculty was very nice. However, some were very unprofessional. Overall, it was a neutral experience but I would not send my child there in the future. Despite all of this, there were a few teachers there that did change my life around and will forever be friends of mine.

Best parts of Grand Valley State University is how it feels like a big University but also feels small as well. Many of my Classes have been filled to 30 students max and doesn't feel like a lot compared to lectures with over 100 students. I enjoy being one on one with a teacher and I can't get that at a bigger college. the worst expierence has to be the parking. Not a lot of parking spaces for a lot of students and the parking passes as well are expensive.

I like how involved the teachers are, I like having so classes but I do not like how popular/athletic kids and stuff gets put above everything.

High teacher turnover rate. High School principal seems uncaring for students. Treats all students like they learn the same way, all students are different and dont fit into one stamp.
