I think that Perry is a pretty great school for kids who want an education and to graduate. It is a little slow paced unfortunately, I was unprepared for the SAT because I was in Algebra 2 by the time I was a junior and hadn't learned much trig which was a majority of my SAT.

its a small town high school and i knew everyone in school. i liked the people and teachers and got along with everyone. the school worked well with my schedule and offered college classes at the local college.

A very small school that lacks the resources for talented individuals. At this school, there is a problem with keeping dedicated administration within the school district which exacerbates the issue of the level of dedication they are really willing to spend for the school. Plus the area is very "clicky," so if your not the local shop owners kid, you're pretty much out of the loop on everything.

Perry has come a long way in the last 3 years. It has improved its' financial position, has smaller class sizes and the staff has shown my kids much kindness. Excellent school that has produced many successful professionals (recently multiple emmy award winner Joel Edwards). Small town school with big time results. As a teacher from a high performing district, I would strongly reccommend Perry Public Schools.
