Petrolia High School has allowed me to educate myself with greater knowledge and has allowed me to reach my potential as a young student. I feel the close-net school and community has allowed me to greatly expand my horizons. I have attended at Petrolia for 12 years and look forward to the opportunity to continue my education at a institution of higher learning. My goals are to become a Registered Nurse at Midwestern State University. Through the course of my high school career I received a certification to be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I have been working in a long-term care facility for five months now and it allowed me to realize the interest I have in Nursing. Petrolia High School will always be in my heart and I am so lucky to have had the opportunities and education that this school has provided me with.

All of my teachers treat the students like we are part of their family.

The educational outcomes at this high school are not outstanding but get the job done. The one track mind of a small limits students to thinking inside the box.
