Ingleside Middle School serves more than 800 students in grades sixth through eighth in the Arcadia Learning Community of the Scottsdale Unified School District. Though the school opened originally in 1956, it was rebuilt in 2013, giving the school newer facilities than many nearby. Ingleside often ranks high among all of the middle schools in Arizona, and its students consistently perform above the state averages in math and reading scores. With plenty of advanced programs and extracurriculars to expand their interests, students can participate in the National Junior Honor Society, Honors ELA, accelerated math courses, a gifted program, band, video production, and student government. Although Ingleside already has three ball fields and a soccer field, the campus feels larger with its location being adjacent to Arcadia Park. Whether on campus or nearby, Ingleside Trojans can play a number of sports, including volleyball, soccer, baseball, flag football, basketball, co-ed track and field, and spirit line cheer.

So currently I’m a 7th grader at ingleside and it’s a nice school but some of the teachers to put it simply are terrible at teaching and just give you a topic to study without ever teaching it. Also the vice principal (the one who handles the misbehaving students) is really unfair if you do somethin...

I'm writing this review in the hopes that it will bring some motivation and change to the school. When we toured the school last year, it seemed like an enthusiastic and above average place for my daughter. She was excited about the shop class which we were told was one of the few shop classes left...
