Mountain Pointe is a very open community and our campus is like a family. I have only ever felt unsafe 2 times during my high school career because of gun threats but other then that I feel safe. I would say that our English department isn't the best and I have struggled with every single English teacher I have had while being there. Our math department is fantastic!!!

I had a great time at Mountain Pointe high school. I met amazing people, teachers, and coaches at that establishment. It was very diverse and was very accepting to each community.

My experience at Mountain Pointe has been really great. I got to meet a lot of new people there including students from all kinds of different backgrounds and thats something I like about my school; it differs from other types of schools who are mostly attended by a certain ethnic group and that makes you feel included no matter your background. Teachers are also well prepared to teach students in all kinds of difficulties and thats something I appreciate a lot. No matter which class you take there will always be a teacher that will support you and will help you get through the class really easily.

Kids just do as they please. Anything but learn. Teachers rather let the kids roam the hallways all day then actually teach. Admin doesn’t do anything to enforce discipline to both kids and teachers. It is a whole mess. If you want your kid to get a quality education, send them elsewhere.

Very unsafe school in terms of security. There have been many incidents regarding guns over the last few years, as well as many threats they get. They ONLY have weapon detectors when there is a threat, almost every day after that, they never have any security. Do not send your kids there, because th...

My Two children went to this school. The school is more concerned with being diverse than teaching core subjects that will help students in college. Parent participation was not encouraged and I had to be vigilant as to what was being taught. Communication with parents was minimal. Staff and teacher...

This school overlooks bullying even when it is brought to their attention then proceeds to victim blame. I would NEVER send my children to this school.
