GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It is a very good school if you are interested in the medical and/or engineering field. It's a small school so classes are near each other, and everyone knows each other. The faculty puts college readiness first.

Attending Bioscience is the greatest choice I have ever made. Not only have I met the most caring and supportive people there, but I seen and developed an immense academic passion. I am more confident and curious than ever. I am grateful for my teachers, counselors, and peers who have helped me achieve my goals and supported me through every struggle. I don't know if I would have tried to go to college if I had gone to any other school. I chose Bioscience because when I visited in middle school, I saw a community that I wanted to be a part of. I have seen creativity and determination that I never thought was possible. I have only been inspired throughout my high school career. I also chose this school because of its academic rigor, especially through the opportunities to take a biomedical and biotechnology pathway. These classes have shown my love for data and medicine. I realized that I wanted to do important work when I grew up so I will do just that.

Bio is a really great school as it prepares u for academic life. Although they take academics seriously they also take mental health seriously and they genuinely care. You'll always have a support system even if you try to push them away they will always be there for you no matter what.

This is a really great, rigorous school that turns the best of students into even better students. This school has received quite a few poor reviews, which I believe is because this school has proven too challenging for some students. I highly recommend this school, but on if you're ready for a heav...

Not impressed at all. As a parent, had I known all of the shortfalls and the points that I mentioned above, I would have not encouraged my daughter to go to Bisoscince.

I'm a senior this year and I can't find the words to explain how grateful I am to my experience at this school. The experience has shaped me into a person I'm proud to be and prepared me for college and for interacting with my community after that. It's a challenging school, but the success I'm expe...

I'm a student at this school and its been absolutely awesome. The jump from a regular school to this high school is extraordinary. I'm in classes where people actually want to learn something new. The teachers there reach out to every student and see how exactly they can help them, and at the end, e...
