Piney woods was a great experience my 9th and 10th grade years. Meeting people from all over the globe was something that I enjoyed. I had lots of fun. During my junior and senior year, I saw a decline at the school with literally everything. I just hope it gets better.

It's overwhelming, but worth it. When I first got there I thought I got in one of the best boarding school America has to offer but eventually I discovered that I was wrong

If an audit took place, it would reveal poor academic performance, ethical breaches and a poor working relationship with between the schools' governing board and administration. They hired a Director of Communications to make the school look pretty on the outside but internally it is very unattractive and disappointing given the school's history. Do NOT send your children here. They don't have enough to eat.

Do not send your children to this school. I worked here briefly in 2017 and this school should be audited and closed IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

There was no school nurse, no counselor, and the front desk lady was teaching social studies. They also have massive ego and pride issues that cause them to bully the students. There is no emotional support, no empathy for sick kids, and they sent my daughter back to class after a 2-day Covid quaran...
