I was the valedictorian of my class of 2023. I would say our school was the most challenging in terms of academics for the area of 5 schools. My favorite part would just be part taking in a smaller community because our school consisted of about 130 students. My least favorite part was that to get an A- was to have a 92 in the class and then for a A it would have been a 94. I would like to see the change in being more accepting of people who struggle with academics because from talking with others from the school, I noticed that they felt heavily pressured and shamed for just getting a B+. This would deteriorate anyone's personal health because they would see themselves as less due to our school's culture on academics.

St Mary's Colgan Catholic High School has been a great school for my daughters. The are both involved in sports.

The tradition here is very special. Most teachers are fantastic and overqualified for the amazing work they do. Class sizes are small and there is a lot of hands on learning. Students are stimulated to learn and to expand their knowledge of the world around them. Classes are very close and everybody is friends with everybody. I know every single person in the school well. The school is a bit controlling however, as students don't get much say in anything; I would like to see that change.

The School is great I have two children in the elementary and they love it. And as a parent I like knowing my children are not only receiving a great education, but also a faith based education as well. We are not wealthy at all and all the parents and students treat us as equals. Great atmosphere,...
